Shipping & Returns
Gloves are sent out by Royal Mail First Class. They are not tracked.
Importantly, while Royal Mail states they should normally arrive within 2 to 3 business days, they actually allow themselves up to 11 working days.
According to a Financial Times article on the 14th December 2023, during busy times less than 74% of first class mail is delivered on time (ie within 3 business days).
We frequently review our policy, but the cost of alternative postage methods is at least double Royal Mail.
All Orders over £25 are sent with free postage.
For orders less than £25, postage and packaging is charged at £2.50
Return & Exchange Policy
We offer a full refund on goods returned in original condition, at your cost, within 14 days. You are able to cancel your order up until it has been posted out to you. Unfortunately we can only refund postage if you have been sent damaged, faulty or incorrect goods.
Original Condition means that the gloves must not be removed from the hanging labels, so please bear this in mind when checking that they fit.
If you wish to change sizes for example, you will need to return the gloves to us as above and we will issue a refund. You will then need to order the correct size. When returning gloves to us, please indicate your name and order number so that we can refund correctly.
